Compensation & Benefit

 

I. Salary Management

1. Our company develops the higher standard of salary and welfare according to the industry salary level.

2. The personal ability, performance evaluation, comprehensive quality and contribution of staff are taken as the important reference value for pay grade in the principle of fairness and justness.

3. The annual salary review is performed according to the industry salary level and internal salary.

4. The salary and welfare system is annually revised by the HR & Administration Center and submitted to General Manager Office for approval and confirmation.

5. The salary will be adjusted according to the latest salary and welfare system.

6. Payment Time: The salary is paid on the fifth day of every month and will be paid in advance on holidays and festivals.

II. Legal Holidays

1. Rest Day: The departments make reasonable arrangement of rest day.

2. Legal Holidays: The staff are provided with 11-day paid leave including one day on six holidays—Tomb-sweeping Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-autumn Festival, International Labor Day, National Day and New Year’s Day, five days on Spring Festival

III. Welfare Management

1. Marriage Leave: The staff who works for more than one year can enjoy 5-day paid marriage leave. The Marriage Certificate should be submitted to the HR & Administration Center for check. The subsidy will be granted based on the standard of vacation pay in the 7th month if the staff works for 6 months after holidays.

2. Maternity Leave: The staff who works for more than one year can enjoy 30-day paid maternity leave (including regular and legal holidays). The Birth Approval Certificate should be submitted to the HR & Administration Center for check. 75% of monthly salary will be granted as subsidy in the 7th month if the staff works for 6 months after holidays.

3. Attendance Bonus: The regular staff present at duty every day can enjoy attendance bonus of RMB 150 per month. 4. Payment by Results: It is provided for the staff present at duty every day.

5. Seniority Bonus: The seniority bonus of RMB 100 is granted to the staff who works for more than two years per month, RMB 150 is granted to the staff who works for more than three years per month, and the seniority bonus increases by RMB 50 per month as the working age increases. The seniority bonus is not more than RMB 500 per month.

6. Year-end Bonus: The year-end bonus is granted according to the annual work achievement, special contribution, annual salary and work performance.

7. Award of Introduction: The staff besides the recruitment department who introduces new staff will be rewarded. Incentive Standard: The award of RMB 300 is granted to the staff who introduces the skilled lathe worker and RMB 200 for introduction of common lathe worker and other workers

8. Red Packet on the First Day: The old staff who reports on the first day is provided with one red packet of RMB 50.

9. Special Subsidy on Spring Festival: The staff who reports on time can be provided with travel allowance. The subsidy of RMB 300 is provided for the staff in Fujian (subject to the ID card) and the subsidy of RMB 400 is provided for the staff outside Fujian. The subsidy will be granted in the 6th month if the staff works until June 30th.

10. The “Advanced Employee”, “Outstanding Employee” and “Loyal Employee” are appraised and elected in the end of the year and will be praised in the award ceremony.

IV. Living Facilities

1. Accommodation: The staff dormitory building and the apartment block for management personnel has the washroom and independent balcony. The free accommodation is provided. The hot water is available throughout the year. The couple’s dormitory is available.

2、2. Meals:

A. A large canteen features clean environment, various dishes, and free consumption (card/cash), economical and practical.

B. The kitchen is provided for free, providing convenience for the life of staff.

C. The company is located in bustling area. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and food stalls nearby.

3. Recreational Facilities: There are a basketball court, table tennis tables, billiard tables and a badminton court in living quarters.
